Switching things up again! I've put together a short ab workout you can add to your regular routine. It's beginner friendly, and won't put a lot of strain on your neck or back! This workout features 2 exercises that will be performed in a circuit manner for 20 sec, with 10 sec breaks, over the course of 4 minutes. Tabata workouts can make for great add ons to your regular routine. They are short, stackable, and effective. I like to keep it simple 1-2 exercises in order to really work a particular set of muscles.
You will need a mat for this one. Hope you enjoy it!
