In this clip, Tom Mesereau explained how Bill Cosby's reported agreement with the former prosecutor in Pennsylvania was a binding contract and should've kept Bill from being tried and sent to prison. He also noted that celebrities often settle in civil suits as a business decision to continue working on other ventures. Therefore, it's not necessarily the case that reaching a settlement, like Cosby did with one of his alleged victims in 2005, indicated an admission of guilt.
