When will fully COVID-19 vaccinated foreigners be allowed to travel to Canada?

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is dropping hints about reopening Canada's borders to foreigners fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Those from the U.S. may be able to visit Canada in a month’s time, followed by other inoculated internationals by early September.

But one Canadian family in the U.S. is disappointed that their child’s grandparents have already missed out on the baby years. Abigail Bimman explains.
