This is an Upper Body Workout that will definitely helps you to gain a strong upper body musculature.

The exercises focus especially on the arm area to:
- tone your biceps
- tone your triceps
- build & strengthen your arm muscles
- become stronger in your upper body

I really enjoyed this workout, not only because of the amazing and calming view and sunset but also because it focuses not only on your arms but also on stability and the whole upper body.
