Fishing Musselcracker and Steenbras on a charter, Mossel bay, South Africa [CATCH COOK]

Stefano has taken us along his charter fishing at Mosselbay.

Due to the Red Steenbras and Black Musselcracker
being a slow growing endemic reef species,
their stock status is being threatened.
Even though it is legal to harvest these fish,
we at Catchcook.com, strongly recommend
that where possible the two species be returned
to the ocean and only sustainable fish on the SASSI
green list be harvested.
