South Sudan government launches inclusive education in an effort to increase literacy levels

South Sudan's government says it's exerting efforts to increase literacy levels in the East African country where UNESCO says only 28% of the 12 million population is literate. The nation's Education Ministry now says all girls or young women whether those who have children or not are welcomed back to school.
