A&Z #987 - Randy Santel vs Strip's "Big Piggy" Pork Sandwich Challenge w/ White Chicken Chili Cheese Fries at Strip's Chicken in the Waldo area of Kansas City, Missouri!! A few weeks after finishing my Florida Tour with @Katina Eats Kilos, I started a Midwest USA Food Challenge Tour. For event #16, I traveled down to the Waldo area of Kansas City, Missouri so I could help kick off and be the first person to attempt the new "Big Piggy" Pulled Pork Sandwich Challenge at Strip's Chicken. The original Strip's restaurant is in Olathe, Kansas. I had 30 minutes to finish a supersized version of the "Big Piggy" Sandwich on their menu, featuring over 1lb of juicy pulled pork plus bacon, pickles, fried onions, and a strawberry BBQ sauce. The crazy part about this sandwich is that it has 2 huge breaded pork tenderloins in place of the bun!! It came with a huge portion of homemade white chicken chili cheese fries plus a double portion of their specialty mini donuts for dessert. There were multiple topping options, but I ordered Cookies & Cream. I was trying to win my $35 meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and the 1st spot on the Waldo location's Wall of Fame!! BIG thanks to the owner Todd and everyone with Strip's Chicken for the wonderful food, drinks, and hospitality!! Special thanks also to the amazing people who came that Thursday evening to watch and meet me!! I appreciate everyone in Kansas City, MO and all around Missouri who watches & supports our efforts!! Strip's "Big Piggy" Pork Sandwich Challenge w/ Chili Cheese Fries in Kansas City, Missouri ($35):
- There are 2 Strip's Chicken locations in Olathe, Kansas and in Waldo, Kansas City, Missouri.
- There is a "Big Piggy" sandwich on their regular menu which has 2 breaded & fried pork tenderloins in place of the bun! There is pulled pork, bacon, pickles, fried onions, and strawberry BBQ sauce.
- This food challenge features a supersized version with over 1lb of juicy barbecue pulled pork.
- It is served with a massive portion of white chicken chili cheese fries which is totally delicious.
- For dessert, you must finish 2 orders of their specialty donuts. I ordered the Cookies & Cream.
- There is a 30 minute time limit. Winners get the $35 meal free, a sweet t-shirt, and Wall of Fame.
