On 11 February 2021, Varjo hosted a small team from Virginia Tech's Center for Human-Computer Interaction to discuss the feasibility test they conducted leveraging Varjo XR technology.
The test case used was using virtual loupes to enable new functionality, such as dynamic magnification, where the user can zoom in and out at-will, simply with their gaze.
In this webinar, we’ll explore together the findings of the study, as well as the challenges and benefits of bringing gaze-based interfaces paired with immersive technology into clinical workflows.
Featured Panelists:
Geoff Bund, Head of Business Development, North America – Research, Varjo Technologies
Cory Ilo, PhD Student Researcher, Gaze-Based Interfaces, Center for Human-Computer Interaction, Virginia Tech
