The reason they gave is because his detention is monitored by Turkish Government. But they guided us through the lawyers on how to process the details of his wishesNow l can comfortably report LUMBUYE is alive and detained at KOCAELI Foreigners Detention Centre in Turkey. Now we know where he is detained with certainty. And we are to embark on flow up legal & Human Rights efforts.
