How high dose vitamin D put asthma in remission? Respitory tract infections and vit D

High dose vitamin D can effectively cure asthma , brochial asthma specifically. How? Vitamin D can prevent an over reaction of killer t cells, which is seen in autoimmune diseases when a foreign substance e.g pollen or hay enters the lungs. The reduction in pro-inflammatory killer t cells can eventually make the lungs regenerate and can increase fev1 to normal levels making the asthmatic patient have normal lungs.
What is important is low doses 10,000 iu per day or less cant do this. Neither can single megadosing weekly do this. 50k-100k ius is recommendended for a short time e.g 3 months . However consult doctor before use.
This study on asthma patients can be used as a backdrop for all respitory tract infections as they all have the same mechanism behind it. Vitamin D can balance th1 and th2 responses which is necessary for a balanced immune system. This includes hay fever ,the common cold and redacted-19.
