This is why SOMEWHERE IN TIME is so (un)important | Iron Maiden Reaction

Iron Maiden's Somewhere in Time is the band's most overlooked from the 1980s. It is the least played album from the golden era on the live shows, and is often absolutely ignored by the band on tour. Yet, Somewhere in Time was the band's most financially successful album to date, and helped Iron Maiden cement their status as the lead band of NWOBHM.

And so, as a part of our new Up the Irons Series, let's take a look at some of the most interesting facts about Iron Maiden's Somewhere in Time, discuss why it might be so overlooked, and hopefully answer the question of wether this album became a turning point in the band's discography.
