Boris Johnson not ruling out escalating France fishing row after possible treaty breach

THE Prime Minister has threatened legal action over the fishing row within days as he braces for a clash with the French President at the G20 summit in Rome.

But Boris today insisted the fishing row was "dwarfed" by the climate change agenda that needs to be tackled in coming days.

Mr Johnson and Mr Macron put on a show of friendship as they fist-bumped while meeting in the Italian capital this morning.
