ICJ Ruling: Communities along Kenya-Somalia border want nations to resolve their issues

A section of the community living along the Kenya-Somalia border in Mandera county now wants the two countries to resolve their Maritime boundary dispute diplomatically, as the ongoing impasse is ruining their socio - economic livelihood along the 300 kilometre borderline separating the two countries.
