After a yoga inspired warm-up, we will move into barre mode - toning and strengthening the body with functional movement exercises. We'll seamlessly transition into a powerful yoga flow, a core section, and then a mindful moment in savasana. You'll leave having strengthened and stretched the body, and centered the mind.
The Mindful Life Practice is a virtual soul center for community, connection, movement and mindfulness. Since we began in March 2020 we have had yoga teachers and students join us from all over the world.
