Mit dem Vakuumtisch lassen sich Werkstücke schnell und einfach auf der STEPCRAFT M-Serie spannen. Hierfür wird der äußerst robuste Vakuumtisch einfach anstelle des bestehenden Maschinentisches in die Maschine eingebaut. Das letzte Tischelement verbleibt dabei in der Maschine oder kann durch das Werkzeugmagazin inkl. pneumatischer Hebefunktion ersetzt werden. Aufgrund des hochwertigen Materials PE500 ist der Tisch als Kunststoffvariante besonders widerstandsfähig und kann auch zusammen mit der Minimalmengenschmierung verwendet werden.
Um den notwendigen Unterdruck zu erzeugen, muss der Vakuumtisch an einen Industriestaubsauger (luftgekühlt) oder einen Seitenkanalverdichter angeschlossen werden. Durch das entstehende Vakuum wird das Werkstück nach unten auf den Maschinentisch gezogen und so fest fixiert. Dank zwei verschiedenen Rundschnüren und der beiliegenden MDF-Opferplatte bietet Ihnen der Vakuumtisch gleich drei verschiedene Möglichkeiten, Ihr Werkstück zu spannen:
• Durchfräsungen mit Verwendung einer Opferplatte
• Oberbearbeitungen wie Gravuren und Konturen
• Bearbeitung von flächigen, glatten Plattenmaterialien wie Folie, Holz, Leder oder Metall

Use the Vacuum Table to clamp your workpieces quickly and easily on your STEPCRAFT M-Series. The extremely robust vacuum table is simply built into the machine instead of the existing machine table. The last table element remains in the machine or can be replaced by the tool magazine including the pneumatic lifting function. Due to the high-quality PE500 material, the synthetic table version is particularly robust and can also be used together with minimum quantity lubrication.
In order to generate the necessary negative pressure, the vacuum table must be connected to an industrial vacuum cleaner (air-cooled) or a side channel compressor. The resulting vacuum pulls the workpiece down onto the machine table and fixes it firmly. Thanks to two different round cords and the enclosed MDF spoilboard, the Vacuum Table offers three different clamping options:
• Milling through using a spoilboard
• Top machining such as engravings and contours
• Processing of flat, smooth panel materials such as foil, wood, leather or metal
