Right now the best way to level up armorsmithing in New World is by making common honing stones. You'll need boat loads of fire motes, death motes, and stone blocks.
There are no New World weaponsmithing cheats, exploits, or glitches to abuse, at least, not that we know of. If I find a New World xp glitch for Weaponsmithing I'll post about it, although, using New World cheats is against the rules and may lead to a ban, so be careful when you find videos about them.
