32 Minute Kickboxing EMOM Workout

This is your BodyFit by Amy 32-Minute Kickboxing EMOM Workout. This is day 20 of your Next Level November Challenge. EMOM stands for "every minute on the minute" which means we'll have a series of a several kickboxing exercises that we will repeat every minute on the minute. How quickly you get through them is how much rest you get, but of course i'm going to give you tons of options and EMOM is all about working to your level and at your own pace. Let's move our bodies, get our hearts pumping, our muscles working, and have a great time doing it. Are you ready? Let's do it!
