Half Marathon Specific Workout - 4 x (1600m, 3km)

There's 3 weeks until the USA Half Marathon Championships. My coach Bobby McGee put me through the motions with a Half Marathon specific workout consisting of 4 sets of (1600m + 3km). Yes that's right - 18.4km worth of hard running! It was tough.

I was lucky to have Evan Schwartz join me for the workout and Bobby ride the bike next to us.
