Southeast Asian economies to benefit from low rates

Economies and markets in Southeast Asia fell have fallen behind the developed world this year due to lingering effects of the pandemic. Marcelo Carvalho at BNP Paribas says this means the region’s central banks have the leeway to keep rates low and boost growth into 2022
