Speaker lambasts culture secretary over BBC license fee announcement

Speaker of the house of commons Sir Lindsay Hoyle admonished culture secretary Nadine Dorries after news of reduced funding for the BBC appeared in the press over the weekend and was not announced in parliament.

He said Boris Johnson's government was more leaky than a colander.
