Everyone is talking about granting vaccine exemptions in Australia. As a General Practitioner, I get asked this question often, so in today’s episode I clear up some common misbeliefs and talk you through the official criteria for a vaccine exemption.
Vaccine exemptions are uncommon and are only given after much careful consideration by the patient’s medical team. All the information within this video has been taken from the Australian Government Department of Health and the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (ATAGI) and is current as of January 7th 2022.
