I Dry Aged a WHOLE Alligator to Make My Favorite Sandwich
When it comes to intimidating things to cook, alligator is at the top of my list. The meat itself is quite lean, but it’s laced with fat that is notorious for being “fishy”. However when done right, it’s incredibly delicious.
Naturally I had to give dry aged gator a shot. To take it to the next level I turned it into a Nashville Hot Gator Sandwich, and it was easily my most unique dry aging experiment to date!
