SWAT enters van possibly linked to Monterrey park shooting, body found in driver's seat

AIR7 HD was over the scene in Torrance as police maneuvered SWAT vehicles on either end of the van and entered. A body was found in the driver's seat, but it's unclear if that person is the Monterey Park mass shooting suspect.
