you can cut your design by laser machine or any other tool that is available after that you should take labels of acrylic then assemble all pieces with chloroform as you can see on video.
you can use led light for making it or if you don't like light , make it without any light.
also I used a strip led light that has only single color but you can use RGB led light to change
the color of light.
also I used acrylic for making base of stand but you can make it with any material like wood if you like.
