The FCC's Office of Native Affairs and Policy, Wireline Competition Bureau and the Universal Service Administrative Company conducted this virtual training and listening session for Tribal leaders, staff, and outreach partners on its $7.1 billion Emergency Connectivity Fund (ECF) Program. The session started with an overview of the ECF and the application process, followed by an opportunity for Tribal participants to ask questions and provide feedback based on their experiences with the ECF Program to date.
