PCR tests no longer needed for cross border trips less than 72 hours

Fully vaccinated Canadians returning home after short trips to the U-S will no longer need to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test. But some who were taking advantage of the new rules forgot about the mandatory arrive can app to upload vaccination status, and are now being told to quarantine for 14 days. Nicole Martin reports.
