Whoever thought that multiculturalism would be a good idea for England?

Societies with substantial minorities belonging to other nationalities, ethnicities, or religions, are not usually stable and peaceful. A decision was made at some point in the past to transform England into just such a society with consequences which are now becoming apparent.
